A live comedy show experimenting with language and laughter as comedians take on a new language.

What happens when comedians are forced to do stand-up in a language they definitelydon’t speak?
Chaos. Confusion. And a whole lot of laughs.
Second Language Comedy is a one-of-a-kind comedy show where Toronto comedians put their skills to the ultimate test: performing stand-up while incorporating words from a completely unfamiliar language. This edition features Estonian — a language most of our comedians have never heard before, let alone spoken.
Hot Flash - One Year Anniversary
HOTFLASH is a dance party for women (including cis women, trans people and aligned non-binary folks).
We’re celebrating the one-year anniversary of HOTFLASH with our biggest, hottest and most JOYFUL dance party yet!
Join us at Society Clubhouse for a joyful, judgment-free night for women ready to move, sweat and feel like their best selves.
HOTFLASH is a dance party for ALL women especially those nearing or in menopause (including cis women, trans people, and non-binary folks who feel aligned with the experience of womanhood in midlife). If that’s you, you’re welcome here! We ask that those who identify as cis men respect that this space isn’t for them.

A night of inclusive and vibie open mic comedy for the girls, gays, and theys!
Looking for stage time to try out your silly lil jokes? Want to hang with other fem and / or queer comedians? Just want to cure your Sunday scaries with some comedy?

Sign up starts at 6 pm, with sign up on a first come, first serve basis. The show starts promptly at 6 30 pm, and will run to approximately 8 30 pm (depending on the number of sign ups).
This mic is open to anyone that identifies as a woman, fem, and / or member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Sorry cis het dude comics - this one's not for you.
You are welcome to perform, attend as an audience member to support fem and queer comedy, or both!!
